Unfortunately very unprofessional! Unfortunately a disaster over the phone - 15 minutes on hold are quite normal! Forms for download are in an outdated format! The employees know how to speak - wonderful! You won't find friendliness here ....... I am not able to assign minus stars - what a shame

No customer service, hardly reachable by phone. Very cumbersome to process reimbursement requests. Long waiting times.

I can only confirm the review of my prescriptive! Here you can wait until you turn black! This has nothing to do with service! Actually, zero stars would be appropriate, because the "service" is grottenschlecht, or what do you call that, if one hangs for an eternity in a waiting loop and then waits in vain for a callback. It seems to be a one-man / woman operation where the person is at the same time the switchboard, janitor and director, otherwise I can not explain that for hours there is not a single freelancer who calls someone back. If one learns the grace to be able to speak with someone, one is pampered and sometimes even gets false information (where to send documents, for example - Rosenheim or Wuppertal!) Here, the left hand does not know what the rights are doing! So it seems more than 1 person to work there. Any private company would be broke with this "service" for a long time!
