I can't understand the negative reviews because I was very satisfied. My order was delivered very quickly and also very nicely Christmas and lovingly packed. This is especially true of the Christmas season, because the bill was wrapped in a very nice Christmas envelope.

Several items in my order were not available. First I was told it was reordered, after a few days it was no longer available. How can an online shop offer something that it cannot deliver? I find a mess. Then I wrote to the service that I can't do without one of the articles, actually only ordered because of that and now have to pay double shipping costs. To be honest, I was expecting a voucher for shipping costs, a discount code or some kind of concession. I didn't even get a proper apology. Unfortunately I read this here in the comments quite often. I received my refund quickly, but not the rest of the goods so far. Waiting is normal here ...

Can't understand or confirm the many negative reviews (regarding long waiting times) - I got riding boots on December 7th. ordered to Austria, and today (December 12th) they arrived - everything was great, and the first riding boots that really fit perfectly! Clear recommendation on my part. :)

I am unfortunately very deceived. I received part of my order, but the most expensive item still hasn't arrived and I am always told it will take longer. What a shame
