I was there twice to inspect my Rex Rollers. The ambience there is not for everyone and really makes the impression of a smoky backyard workshop. The first inspection went smoothly, was priced perfectly ok and lasted only a few days. The second inspection was actually nothing at all: The indicator of my scooter and the Displays on the dashboard were no longer working properly. Furthermore, I wanted to have done the second inspection and generally some screws should be tightened. After 2 weeks, I first asked by phone when the scooter was finished. I was put off because there was a problem with the electrical system. After another 2 weeks, I personally went by and asked for the state of affairs. I was told that probably a part in the electronics is broken and that next week the scooter is finished. From the next, was the week after next week and finally after 6 weeks (!!!), the scooter was allegedly finished. To my surprise, I had despite warranty and guarantee (scooter was just 1 year old) the cost of the repair itself because it was supposed to be a wearing part which was not covered by warranty. The customer service was however neatly done. On the way home, however, much to me that the turn signal light was not working now (before she did that) and also the mentioned loose screws were not attracted to customer service. I am very disappointed and was last time there. 6 weeks in the summer without a scooter, can count on it and not even all bugs fixed!
