That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE with 5 stars. My 4 year old diagnostic scales kept showing errors and heavily deviating weight. The telephone customer service sent a free return label by return of post. And a few days later I received the answer that a new replacement scale had been sent. Thank you.

Beurer service is quick and friendly and the product is received quickly. Paying afterwards is friendly ... I was lucky I received the package: DPD employees store it on the doorstep. falsifies the delivery receipt to pretend that it has been handed over to me ... Beurer supports me with the complaint .. Price of cuff for blood pressure monitor is appropriate .. For me, Beurer stands for trust
