Impossible to cancel a bank account on that bank. Call on the phone, they say to send a fax. I sent the fax, no reply. I called them again. Now they told me I need to send a letter. Sent the letter, still waiting. Writing Commerzbank central in Frankfurt to see the status.. no reply.. But on the meanwhile charging every month interest for having a bank account. Not recommendable. Better to go to another bank. Very improfesional filial.

Only good experiences .. is just a bank. Online banking works well, the app is okay and in the branch (after all, the CB, in contrast to DKB etc.) has always been treated in a friendly and competent manner.

I can only report well about the Commerzbank branch in Passau. It's a great bank. The staff are very nice, nice and helpful. The conditions also fit exactly. You are in good hands at Commerzbank and I can only recommend it.
