If I could choose not to put any stars then I will. This is the worst bank ever. I opened my bank account a month ago and I didn't get the pin to my debit card and all they told me "it's not our problem" I changed two cards so they send the pin again I get the card but no pin... I ordered a pin to my online account didn't get it too.. and I have payments and things that I need to pay I need the pins and they just don't care. The workers are ignorant and disrespectful and I won't suggest your bank to anyone... guys if you want a bank account where they will respect you and treat you the way you should be treated go to sparkasse or any bank not related to this one.

both of my credit cards got stuck in the ATM and I did not get them out and there is homeless person sleeping on the windowsill.

I could not be any more disappointed by the service. I would definitely not recommend it to any one and especially not for students. People working there are most of the time ignorant. They get confused each time you ask them a question that is not directly obvious. I had also to pay each time 150 euros to renew a blocked account (necessary to get a residence permit) which is an exorbitant amount for a student and could not be justified in any way other than people taking advantage of foreign students.

really good advice and friendly service. Here one is helped in an uncomplicated way. Unfortunately there is no cash register at the branch. Money only at the machine.
