Why is there no money in my account?

I have become dissatisfied since I have to pay endless fees every time I want to withdraw money from another VR bank. Eg Sonnen or Hauzenberg ect always the same with the fees. And then they are really high !!!. And for a freshly baked mother who doesn't have endless money, it's a lot.

The ladies and gentlemen at the reception desks are friendly. In the cash desk I met a less customer-friendly employee who cannot be talked to. Since I moved to Passau and my Raiffeisenbank is not (yet) the Passau branch, but a branch in the district of Augsburg, it is not possible for me to have larger notes exchanged for 5 € notes, as this only allows "house customers" is. Since I work as a waitress in Passau, I am often dependent on small notes. I do not see constantly withdrawing small notes from the account, because (because I am not a household customer) I cannot deposit money and I do not want to walk around with lots of cash. So I am laboriously dependent on the help of my fellow human beings, who then change the small bills for me as a house guest. I will open my account in a Passau bank, but this will not be a Raiffeisen bank. The savings banks are a big step ahead and much more customer-oriented

Cumbersome, no-nonsense service, processes that were easily possible in other branches of the same chain do not work in Passau, antiquated and non-life directives, and if you want to withdraw money from any other VR Bank outside of Passau, succulent fees are due , Fortunately, there are other banks that have already arrived in the 21st century.
