Not friendly!
I can't understand the bad reviews in any way. I deal with the admissions office very often and the staff do a great job.
Very rude and incompetent. Allegedly you can't register a move as a foreigner because "our country is considered a risk area and I am not allowed to do that now" said the (not quite) dear lady, although we have been living in Germany for a year, registered and not a single one Times left the country. What more can you say to that ...
Try to call the third time ... nobody answers although the opening times should be open for 2 hours. Have been on hold for more than 5 minutes each time (see screenshot). It's great if you can only enter the building with an appointment, but no one answers the phone to make appointments.
I wanted to register a car, but was turned away because I had an ID card or passport, but no registration certificate. I have to say that I have already registered a lot of vehicles, in different counties, but have never needed a registration certificate. Oh yes, when I called the day before, nothing was said about a registration certificate. One can only be dissatisfied with this approach. Hence just a star or 👎
