Not to be outdone in slowness. 7 weeks now to check a driver's license for its original. Dear City of Passau, you are by far the most incompetent and slowest authority I have ever met.

They are so nice and friendly that I do not know. I had to go there for a rewrite and more questions, came two minutes to 12, so after work. The ladies have nevertheless taken a lot of time to do everything and answer my questions. Absolutely TOP! Many thanks.

Concentrated incompetence in persona I had several times due to various adversities with the lady T. of the driver's license to do. A simple clerk who acts like the Justizia himself. Because this is characterized by impertinent behavior rather than expertise. Only through several remedies, she was called to moderation, but that does not help her to recognize her misconduct. One should only confront her with the relevant laws under her arm and certainly not rely on her verbal "legal advice" (it is rather her legal opinion).

If you want to deal with bad-tempered clerks, Vornholzstr. 40 the right point of contact for you. One is treated particularly badly by a young blond lady at the driver's license office. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her twice. The first time I was almost shouted at, because I allowed myself to ask something. The second time I was even instructed on how to behave in your presence. Incidentally, the town hall is completely different. The people who work there are nice and helpful, as it should be.
