Customer there for years. Even when things got complicated or had to go quickly, I was always given extensive help there. The staff there are always nice and friendly. You just have to talk to each other. The smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms themselves is a bit annoying. But since I'm not there every day, I don't care. I am only rating the branch in Waldbreitbach and not the Provinzial itself. It should be clear that this is not one of the cheapest. But it doesn't matter here.
