Nice service. I think it's great that as a student you have a free health insurance abroad and can withdraw money anywhere with the Visa card. The only thing that bothers me is that you can not even book something from the normal account on the visa card and you almost always see a minus in online banking. So it's hard for me to see at a glance how much money I theoretically still have in my account.

I have been a customer there for almost a year now, never having been looked after as well by another bank as here. Ms. Mzi is super nice and above all competent - even smaller concerns are processed within a very short time. I can only recommend this branch, it was the best decision to switch here.
