I feel the fact that the bank, in a local school at a breakfast sale deposited money (of course, mainly coin) for a good cause, not free to transfer - so would enrich the donated money of the children - extremely poor and sad. Despite several questions, including the possibility of the branch perhaps accepting the costs of such a good cause, I was reassured that the bank, even in the future, does not support such projects. For me personally a good reason to change the house bank. One should question the service thought thoroughly here!

Miserable customer service, opening times like in the Stone Age, outrageous and illegal fees. "Consultants" are never available when you need them. No advantage over a direct bank
