Had an appointment today to get an account overview of the deposits, actually completely banal, then I was advised against investing in real estate and rather leave the money in the account at the bank by the account overview on the desired topic real estate! Where does a bank advisor get the right to keep his hands off a project? Investing money is the daily bread of a bank, a bank should understand that !! the original topic of the appointment had absolutely nothing to do with what the customer wanted. Absolutely disappointing !!

In addition to the ever-deteriorating service and a weak online banking presence, the bank has the audacity to let its customers stand in line for more than 30 minutes on site - the entire staff feels like taking a break and only one counter is available for customer advice . Really poor.

Contrary to all the bad reviews underground, I was pleasantly surprised by this savings bank. I had to wait a short time because I didn't have an appointment and with Covid-19 you just have to bring some time with you at the moment. When I was at the counter, a very friendly man helped me with my problem and even printed out something for me that I had forgotten to bring. Super fast and super nice! I cannot judge the other employees, but I would go to him again and again.

By phone you only end up on hold, no getting through. Mail was answered by post after 2 weeks with the request to be patient, one would comment. Unfortunately, that was already 4 weeks ago. Not recommended!
