Bad service at the counter. A middle-aged woman tended to pushing people away, complaining that she shouldn't be responsible for one account not opened at this branch. Would definitely recommend all foreigners not use Deutsche Bank.

Angelika Tönges ist wirklich eine schlimme Mitarbeiterin. Very irresponsible, she doesn't answer to customer appropriately or check the forms filled at the counter. Awful service attitude. The worst experience I ever had at a bank! Unluckily enough it was always her at the counter🤮

I confirm this comment: Unfortunately, an older employee (with glasses, brown hair) is absolutely unfriendly and incompetent! When you get on with the job If you are dissatisfied, you can change your job. A shame for them other very friendly employees there and for the overall image of the branch in Mainz. Many reviews show that many have had bad experiences with this employee, but it did it seems that there was no consequence on the part of Deutsche (n) Bank. What a pity.
