My vacation currencies (Arabian Dirhamm, American dollars) were not accepted for exchange or credit to my checking account (MVB customer). It would be too much effort, I should please drive to Mainz to "travel tank" at the main station. "Besides, it's worth nothing anyway." If my money at the MVB is worth nothing, I'm probably at the wrong bank. After all, the exchanged foreign exchange had a value of 105 €.

So far, no problems with advice or other services, nobody wants to impose anything, but the conversations are very factual and friendly. Just getting an appointment can sometimes take 2 weeks if you are not very flexible in terms of time.
