I have visited last Monday (04/11/2019) Mainzer Volksbank Bank, CampusBanking to access online banking system and settled the phone application of MVB which was not working properly. The personnel was so helpful. He solved the problem immediately by some calls and even he shared his private internet connection to fix the situation.
