Sparda-Bank Südwest eG

It is a shame what has become of this bank. Impersonal, you are forced to describe your concerns in front of everyone while you are still in the queue. Not to mention the different departments. You are no longer put through to the responsible consultant by phone. Supposedly the phone traffic is too high. The employees in the bank are poorly trained and have to ask other employees. Even the responsible employees, who could make decisions much easier, cannot reach them. The system is faulty and you need help, the person responsible is not in the house. Everyone should think about what care they want because here you are completely alone.

ATM shows after inserting the card "device currently not available" and swallows the EC card. Is already the 2nd time within 3 months that this happens to me at Sparda Bank. Now it is again 14 days to wait until the card is over the house bank back with me. The last time I had written to the bank, as I was told analogously "device error, bad luck for the customer, no refund of fees that arise with the use of the credit card (withdraw)." * Addendum * The nice lady at the counter gave me the card the next day. It seems like all ATMs have technical problems.

Nice clean and clear bank branch. Nice service and customer service with interesting investment opportunities.
