Formerly very friendly and helpful, now even for those who have a premium business account they can no longer be reached by phone via the extension of the responsible clerk. Either nobody answers the phone or you end up with a robot that does not connect. Finally asked for help reactivating a blocked debit card by e-mail, no meaningful answer received, card still does not work. Further telephone attempts failed. Now switch to Volksbank, at least after a minute someone will answer the phone and help. It's a shame, Commerzbank was once really keen to take care of its customers.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. The business relationship was terminated without giving reasons. I have been a long-term customer and have never had credit problems or anything else. This is not a deal and I will / have to look for a new bank. Ultimately, Commerzbank is only harming itself with such behavior, since I am apparently not an isolated case at the turn of the year. Bye Bye.

The employees there are rude, disrespectful, have no professional experience, they gave me incorrect information about opening a current account and advised me, after a month of opening my account, they simply deleted my account without sending me letters without notice. Not recommendable. Very rude service. One star is too much for these companies.
