well, why 2 stars? The mvb has become very slack. At that time I had called directly from the mvb because I got the info that I get only one card when two accounts. Voher has one card for each account. The Mitarbeiterrin meant it would no longer possible, as I have said okay, then bring me anything. Since I would like to have separated and my mom has the card. Then I was in the store where I wanted to cancel the two account and the lady then said out with 2 separate map would be no problem. Unfortunately, she was also rude then, because she then said if I do not listen because they said yes. I then also angepamt and said that will not directly tell the lady of mvb such idiocy. Recently, I had lost my card and call directly from the mvb blocked and ordered directly ne new. About a week was nothing, had then called again and asked and the lady said, can take already 14 days, but it looks mal.ihr it can you even think it was not ordered. You take yes for both account fees and then as a service. Too bad my grandmother was well known'm in the store and since I was 15 at the mvb.

As far as there is nothing to complain about. Inside and outside clean, staff - at least those with whom I came in contact, nice and smiling and not too busy. From time to time, there are small waiting times, especially when the city is full (peak times). But you did not have to wait longer than 2 minutes if you wanted to go to the vending machine or ask for something. Due to the very central location of the branch also quite fast and easy to reach. It is only more complicated if you are in a hurry and want to go by car. Because that's not possible - rather on foot.

on 29.7. by my wife as a customer at the counter Schöfferstraße submitted transfer order under presentation of the identity card is to prey 2.8. not remitted. I am the recipient of the amount. Another incident a bit longer ago: in the Riester department Neubrunnenplatz my Riesterervertag was handed over by the Wiesbadener Volksbank to the MVB. This required new "contracts", which were then filled out and signed in person at Neubrunnenplatz. Unfortunately, the MVB has lost the documents and the process had to be repeated. Although luckily I am not a direct customer of the MVB, I can not recommend this bank because of such incidents that affect me. So a star is already too much
