Such a rude service I have never experienced and I was already in some branches of the bank. This refers specifically to an elderly lady with brown hair. I always strive to be polite but, as I noticed, she is extremely short-tailed to all customers and very bitchy! Just because of her, I would have the dearest desire to change.

Have with my grandma a prepaid card, Mastercard 💳 we always have money on the card on it bank statement were still 76.15 € on it but our order did not pay on the card we could not pick up any money with the card the money 💰 was not released So I went and told him you could check out where the problem is! He said today it was not until Tuesday when the colleague is back I had to come back on Tuesday because they were not able to make a call to Munich, they are in a tight deadline today. What is this service ?????
