My stepfather passed away on Christmas Day. We turned to Grünewald and Baum. Got an appointment to talk very promptly (after Christmas and the weekend in between). We received a very warm welcome there. We were able to express the grief and pain there and let it flow into the request for a funeral. Mrs. W. clarified everything with us down to the last detail; what still needs to be done, what we still have to teach. Every request was met; whether it was related to the design or to the music. Even the availability for telephone inquiries was given. All in all - even if it reflects a sad event - we were very satisfied and felt very well taken care of with our concern.
