A treatment plan was approved within 30 minutes, with which my dentist Dr Sonnenenschein sent me to the Dak office immediately after the plan was drawn up very quickly. I call that prompt, considerate and almost angelic. Many thanks. Now we can start right away and I will get my full cast denture in the maxilla, which corresponds to the standard requirement. Someone says the Dak is not customer-friendly. You are, I can testify to that since today.

In this service center, professional staff in particular, Mr. March. And DAK itself Top, top, top. Best health insurance my wife and I have ever had. Invoices are always paid directly, and all DAK employees are very competent and sensitive even on the phone. feel well looked after and safe. 1000 thanks for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad service and long waiting times. My grandmother has to wait more than a week for the approval for a bedside, even the doctor says that she knows no health insurance in the applications last as long as the DAK. The application for a care level is a convulsion and was rejected for no apparent reason.
