Telephone terror, call almost every day with new numbers or call numbers suppressed even though I have already said x times that I am not interested and I do not want to be called again. Email was no use either. Complaint filed with the Federal Network Agency today.

Telephone Terror I don't know how often I said I don't want to be called again. Now they call anonymously. I just picked up the phone. And what a surprise who was on the phone. This company sucks

I would normally not make contracts by phone. Here, however, a very nice gentleman courteously advised me on the phone and introduced me to various tariffs. I then took out insurance with the intention to withdraw. In the end I was satisfied and kept the supplementary insurance. In my opinion, it is always worthwhile to have at least the contract documents sent to you. Since then, I have been presented with new tariffs and offers more often. The gentlemen are always very friendly and tried hard. If I don't like it, I simply decline and you're done. I have canceled another insurance policy. Went perfectly. Everyone is very keen to do everything correctly. When recording the conversation, I definitely had to agree 100x to the whole thing. My first worries have now evaporated and you can actually take out good supplementary insurance with Asfina without hesitation.

This company was founded to terrorize people. That's enough. Get the company ads. How often have we said that we don't want any calls. Number is blocked then call DIE on another number. Last times also anonymously. !!!!!!!!!
