Tried to make an appointment by phone: no pickup.
Went over for walk-in: a waiting time of at least 2 hours, returned home :-(
Building has bad hours and doesn't even try to help if you are in an emergency. If it's after hours(they are still inside the building), they just tell you to come back the next day.
Wish this wasn't the only registration us soldiers could go to.
Always helpful even if some people come unprepared and rate the office low based on their lack of preparedness.
Reading some of the other reviews I have to wonder if any of the reviewers have been to any other vehicle registration offices elsewhere in Europe or in the States, especially Southern California. I have been here for 5 years and have always had great service. I was able to walk in yesterday and was helped in less than 20 minutes. Very efficient and friendly.
The front desk person is really unpleasant! She yelled at every person in line about needing an appointment. I was willing to wait for a possible opening but first, the yelling! Inside, the people doing the actual work of registering were very pleasant and helpful.
