Made a request via email and got a call back within 2 hours. Ms. Seib, head of the local administration, was very nice and helpful. Communicating with authorities is fun. Thanks a lot for this!
Have not had any bad experiences so far, whereby an EC card device would be sorely needed for payment.
Not reachable by phone, since April I have not had an ID card and cannot get any information when I can pick it up.
There is also no sign at the entrance, nothing can be seen from the paper, complete confusion. The Wiesbaden headquarters informed me that the gate tel. is busy. Not for weeks.
The opening times do not match the homepage of the city administration and Google. Thursdays have been closed for half a year. Please update your opening hours online. And on the subject of unfriendly employees: I call it frustrated employees, because what has been going on in this city administration for YEARS defies any description in ALL resorts !! The fish always starts to stink at the head!
For weeks I have been trying to reach someone by phone and I always hear the AB. The opening times are also wrong and are probably a joke for the working population. I can't say anything about the friendliness of the staff since I never had one on the phone. Nobody reads the reviews. A prime example for German offices! Thanks and keep it up !!!
