Excellent! The officers gave us first-class help in a small accident up on the main road near Fort Bieler. Very nice and helpful. The other person involved in the accident had only spoken English, and I was able to communicate well before the patrol arrived. But the two policemen have also shown here that they can speak English fluently. Top! But can't say exactly which guard they came from.

It's a shame that you can't give less than one star. It was the first time that I had dealt with the police and I can't say how disappointed I am. The clerk responsible for me was absolutely exasperated during the phone calls, unspeakably unfriendly, unobjective and gave the impression that he didn't feel like his job at all. I got the impression that they just wanted to dispose of my case quickly and get it off the table. Police your friend and helper? Nothing. Apparently in my case not a finger was lifted to determine the culprit, despite various references, paint marks, vehicle manufacturer and part number plates. The way of working reflects the behavior of the clerk. Thanks for nothing.

I have a queasy feeling every time I have to or want to clarify something with the police, but in all three processes that I had to deal with with the Kostheim district, this was quickly taken care of and given competent help.
