Ben & Jerry's Und Magnum

I just received a delivery from Lieferando where I ordered two packs of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The supplier distinguishes himself as Ben & Jerry's in Holzhofstrasse Mainz. In addition, this seller appears after receiving a negative rating, with a new account. The ice packs expired in January 2020 and also have freezer burns. The entire ice cream is full of crystals and tastes hideous. After briefly thawing the egg cream, I have to notice that the dough pieces melt completely in the ice. For me, this indicates a multiple interrupted cold chain before delivery.
