My first visit there was very pleasing. As an old tobacco smoker and a new e cig smoker, I gave a search to the e cig shops in Mainz, I read the google reviews and chose this shop among the others. When I got there, there were not that much of customers, just two people before me. First, the design was very classy and open. I liked the white colour of the design. The young man named Rob, "ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH" :) he gave me almost 40 minutes with patience and attenion. I asked him many questions about e liquids, e cigs, prices, designs, etc. etc. and he replied very precisely and kindly. I also had the opportunity to test many e cigs there and I have a clear mind to buy what next. The nice point is that he let me test his own e cig which looked like a Batman's e cig ^)^ and I am very respectful for this action of him. He never pushed me to buy anything. He was very GENUINE. The others shop owners/sales persons must learn this policy that GENUINENESS wins the customers. He made it and I am gonna shop from there from now on. As you can see in the photos, I bought my e cigs from Amazon and I bought 5 e liquids with nicotine from here and poured them into the tanks of my e cigs. I am very satisfied with the quality of these e liquids. They are premium, especially that each e liquid has its own box. I also received a membership card with which you can earn some point for your upcoming purchases from this shop. There was also another young woman who was very kind and helpful. Finally, I received this pocket of candies from a beautiful gentle lady there. The candies have different flavoures related to the different flavoures of e liquids. So, I have many flavours in my mind to buy next :) To sum up, I am satisfied for the first visit. The point from me to people: Try to smoke e cig instead of tobacco. It is less harmful.

I like the shop very much, the staff is always friendly and always takes their time with my difficult tastes. Unfortunately, you are currently affected by the Corona rules, so only one pick-up works.
