You don't recognize service there. This branch is slowly increasing. I just wanted to pick up a package at 13:15 and got in line with 18 customers! 30 minutes later still not in front.

Unfortunately, I have to clearly follow the previous reviews. This Post-DHL branch is a shame for the working virtue of DHL drivers and POST messengers on the go. I have collected a pool of original, embarrassing and unpleasant experiences here and have little desire to repeat that. However, it was only about picking up, sending things and everything that has to do with it, i.e. the original core business of the 3 to 4 letter brand. In any case, everything was bad and is still rated too good even with a star. I am concerned with the documentation.

A star because the staff is always friendly. But it can not be that you have to queue for half an hour.

I would like to give 0 stars! I have never seen such an unfriendly and unqualified staff. One always waits forever and not infrequently I was ripped off with a wrong advice !!!

I always wanted to write it: Sorry I unfortunately have no ⭐️, for absolute unfriendliness & unprofessionality. Absolutely unfriendly staff, you see the snake, go to the sliding door, & what does 1 employee, he leaves his post. The coronation is yet to come. I drive regularly with the VLEXX from Saarbrücken main station to Bad Kreuznach. 3 employees sat opposite, on a four-seater Whether they believe it or not, they talked about the cash content / turnover of today and the change from the previous day. Sorry but that is absolutely unacceptable. & something called Deutsche Post !!! Tzzz ....
