I wanted to open a business account, had already submitted the application online and should legitimize myself in a branch. In Saarbrücken I was refused without giving a reason. You are a private bank, so you do not need to give a reason. So the statement of the employee. The branch manager only came from me after asking several times, and she didn't give me any reason for the refusal either. I feel discriminated and humiliated.

So as a customer of Commerzbank you have nothing left to laugh about. Branch in Kaiserstraße is closed. Main office of the state capital of Saarbrücken is only open from 6 a.m. if you want to buy Heilbrötchen at the bakery at 5 a.m. and have no change You don't have any money in the bank and you always have long queues, usually only one of the two machines is functional or the desired denomination does not appear to be available.

So far I've always been satisfied with Commerzbank, but since the branch has been rebuilt, all access to the machines and terminals is closed from 11 p.m. You could have put a card reader on the door. For professional reasons, I can only take care of my bank affairs late in the evening and then have to drive an extra 15km to the next branch in St. Ingbert. It would be great if Saarbrücken had 24 hour access to the devices again. Then there are also 5 stars

Preferably zero stars. Very impolite. When we had a question about a death, we were told vaguely that I am not your inheritance manager and then the phone was hung up. We have now switched. Most unfriendly team I have ever met.

Clerks cannot be reached by phone (despite requesting a callback) and sometimes very unfriendly employees.
