So unfriendly and unhelpful. They do not even know which documents you need for which problem. They sent me home 3times to pick what they forgot to tell me to bring. They do not deserve any star.

I try to understand why I was invited to the bank for a conversation when I said during a phone call that I don't have a smartphone, but I have to pay a lot of online plane tickets and book a hotel room from my laptop, and I got an appointment for Mrs. Weber. And even though I repeated Ms. Weber the same thing again, she told me that I should have a small device, even showed me with my fingers what size this device should be. I was very surprised by what I heard and Frau Weber went to consult with someone. When she returned, she said that the recipients of the basic security could not be customers of your bank. AND WHERE DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE BANK'S WEBSITE ?! And Ms. Weber also added that this time is now. No, Ms. Weber, these are people who do not respect themselves and do not appreciate the bank's reputation.
