You are not taken seriously as a customer. Had withdrawn money at the machine and wanted to exchange everything for 200 € bills at the counter because he was ejecting many small bills. A fee was charged and deducted from my bank account, even though I had the money fresh from the machine.

A regional bank with high costs and negligible customer service. Apps work poorly, mail is sent to the wrong address, and with the frequent change of consultant, nobody really knows what's going on. Time for a "farewell" and goodbye.

All branches have a phone number. What shoud that? If I want to talk to my branch, I get a branch at the other end of the Saarland. What's the point. If I want to talk to a department in SB, I'll end up somewhere else. What kind of a way to deal with the customers. In my branch, no contact person is there anymore. They are all hidden behind a wall and you can only guess if there is one. Customer friendliness looks different to me. Axel Ewen
