Very bad service if you want something from them. Nobody really cares was like that, my feeling lasted forever until it was processed and over the phone there is nothing to believe!

I could ko ..... en .... You drag your change all over the city and they send you away again .... Because of Corona, no change is accepted. This is probably a joke!!!! Again from November 1st. Is the risk of contagion with the change then lower? The bank's service has left a lot to be desired lately. I really have to think about whether I want to remain a customer. And now the big hit ..... Now from November 2nd it is possible again, but costs € 5.50 per bag. Of course, the bank does not earn anything from it, it is necessary because of the amount of work, verification of authenticity, etc ... Unfortunately, there is also no inexpensive option for customers. Dear Sparda Bank, don't you already have enough bad reviews ??? Are you no longer dependent on individual customers? In any case, I'll find another bank and persuade everyone I know to do the same.
