I went there yesterday on December 5th, 2020 at 6:40 pm to buy a cigarette and I regularly refuel because I have an Aral card, the woman saleswoman treated me very badly, with other customers in front of me exactly the same way, I asked why she was so aggressive but she reacted badly again. I never want to refuel or buy anything there.

The older lady with black short hair is so disrespectful and naughty !! I've never seen anything like it. Every time she just looks for reasons to discuss. I have never seen such a staff, very disappointing how they talk / scream with customers and how they go on for no reason! And apparently nothing is being done about it either.

I live nearby and regularly refuel there. After filling up at other gas stations, I noticed that I have the shortest driving distance at this Aral gas station. I will avoid this gas station. Even if it lies well.

Extremely bad staff in relation to the lady with the short dark hair (sloping bangs) & man with bald head and beard. Never experienced such a cheek. I was addressed directly with "DU". A respectful approach left something to be desired here. The service and payment was refused for an implausible reason.

Was my favorite petrol station for years until now ... not anymore !!! Today's staff is totally unfriendly !!! .. Especially the one .. I sent my husband there around 3:30 p.m. to buy cigarettes, he also wanted a receipt, but they treated him like "dirt" ... because he doesn't understand German well ... one of them even has my husband referred from the store .. I called them to find out why they treated my husband like that, but the first person on the phone immediately passed me on to their colleague, who started right away without listening to me and threatening me has to hang up .. whatever she did. So .. I hope that my post will be read by the boss of this petrol station and that he will act and question his 2 unfriendly employees today. There are also cameras in the sales room .... hopefully with sound !!!
