The most incompetent bank ever. I have been trying to close my accounts since February (credit account, checking account, statutory credit accounts). I called about 10 times. Letters written, e-mails written. I get nothing more than being told "I have not received anything" and noted that a callback has been made. I am put off every time and am pissed off. In the meantime my account is in the red due to the account management fees. However, it would be a plus due to the statutes. My letters are simply ignored despite registered mail. Now it is suggested to me that I should come to the site in Corona times to cancel it. You are speechless.

Since the well-known, modest service of SPARDA-Bank Nürnberg will soon be adding steep account management fees of 60.00 euros per year, we will say goodbye to PSD-Bank after 25 years. Adios SPARDA bank! You were never really good, now you get really expensive!

Actually a good cooperatively run bank. I have been a customer of the bank for years. The subject of online banking and the scary app "TEO" has unfortunately earned 3 minus stars ... A "Live Style banking app" that brings absolutely no added value - no matter how the marketing machinery wants to sell it to the customer, next to it is next to it! It's good that there are still alternatives 😉

Bad bank in the world, the employees of the Nuremberg branch are very unfriendly you can tell immediately that they are unprofessional
