Can't say anything negative about the bank. Sometimes I think the technology is managed, but maybe older customers will find their way around more.

Opening an account also worked great during Corona - albeit with a 1.5m distance and glass pane. Very competent contact person that reinforces my opinion that I have chosen the right bank. I can only recommend it.

Employees exceed their skills, are unfriendly and arrogant. The simplest jobs sometimes take an unusually long time. I received a new card with the confirmation of cancellation, which of course I had to pay for. Here the left doesn't know what the right is doing.
