I've been a BBBank customer for about 30 years. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that I can get an appointment at the Vatican faster than at my bank. Calls basically go through Karlsruhe and you are not exactly friendly and customer-oriented. When I expressed criticism because of the poor availability, I was harshly pointed out that I should apply this to the relevant branch. Can't connect for days and am seriously considering switching banks !!!

I have been a BBBank customer for over 30 years and I am super satisfied. The advisors are not pushy like other banks. If I want to invest money, I get great offers that bring good returns with low risk. Even if the bank now has to charge low fees due to the low interest rate policy of the ECB, it is still cheaper than other financial institutions. Scandals - as is quite common with other financial institutions - I have never heard of BBBank. Great.

the telephone availability of the bank is almost impossible, it doesn't help if it doesn't cost anything
