In the last few years the service has deteriorated, but now account management fees have been introduced. Introduce a new online banking system (Teo) from October 21, 2020 that does not work. Transfers in the branch 1.50 euros. A formerly very good bank is going down the drain.

What happened to this bank? For years it has only been developing downwards. Lousy products (e.g. Riester), use all possible ways to take money from the customer. And I don't even mean the upcoming account management fees.

The service is impossible. The contacts often have no idea. You are quickly referred to the main office or online banking. After years, I switched to another bank now.

Hardly parking possibilities, if you do not necessarily want to talk to a consultant, but only withdraw money I recommend working week here to come here.
