Unfortunately you have to give 1 star. I have experienced a lot in my life but I have never experienced anything unfriendly like this consultant (Ms. Schulze). How can you deal with your customers in this way? Absolute cheek. No wonder that more and more customers are avoiding this bank and changing their bank. I now also change the bank. Never again Santander

I have long been a client of Santander and the only good thing about this store is the curly attractive lady. Courteous to every person you meet, whether he deserves it or not, unlike her colleague. Really such a beautiful woman with such an amazing elegance! The branch should have more such employees who provide the customer with a good service. Great praise to the lady!
