Despite opening times, the phone is not answered. If someone answers, you get bullied / unfriendly to the power of 10. When forwarding to the right contact person, you simply hang up. Just hire sensible people who want to work too.

Can we please take a look at the opening times? Open 3 days a week? And do you have a really long lunch break? Should you first get or make an appointment during these cheeky opening times? Well thought out. The unfriendliness of the employees nicely reflects the status of oschersleben. You are greeted in an unfriendly manner and the 0 buck setting spills over the desk. Awful!

Making an appointment at the vehicle registration office online is great if you can get an appointment as soon as possible. But unfortunately that is not the case. The poorly linked website alone is impossible for inexperienced customers.

Incompetent employees. Most of the time it's too. Should you fire all and hire people, you also want to work and not only parasitize our taxpayer money and do nothing!
