One star is still too much, unfortunately there are no minus stars. Bought a scepter for the carnival. Arrived broken. After complaining, a new scepter came, also broken. When I communicated this, the credibility was denied. I sent both defective ones back, after a few days both defective scepters came back to me. I complained and they informed me that they would have it checked by the parcel service. That was about 8 weeks ago. Now I have 2 broken scepters for the trash and over 50 euros loss. Be careful with this company. Zero point zero recommendation and very customer-unfriendly.
