During my 4-5 visits, the staff was mostly unfriendly, didn't say hello and gave you the feeling of being undesirable. Large assortment for cats, especially when it comes to food. Also medical. Play fishing rods for cats (Trixie etc) are unfortunately of catastrophic quality. I was asked once if I needed help, that was the only employee who was friendly to me. I no longer have any incentive to visit this shop.

Assortment is sufficient. Certain staff very rude. I prefer the branch in Dinslaken.

Certain staff are very customer-unfriendly And you don't feel like you're very welcome if you have any questions. There is not even a greeting and you are looked down on from above. Assortment is sufficient and neatly sorted.
