Very friendly customer service, timely delivery and most of all very healthy animals. Packaging was very sturdy.
I have already ordered twice from Shrimp Direct and I was particularly pleased about the absolutely fit fish; after a few weeks now I can say that you are still fit and have settled in very well. Unfortunately I have repeatedly had to complain about failures at other dealers.
The shipping was great, well packed and reliable with Go, the shipping price is also great, so I'm happy to order in between.
In general, the price / performance ratio is very reasonable.

Not the first time ordered and again super satisfied. I got very beautiful, strong animals. The shrimp have a really intense color and they feel good. The fish have already joined the existing school. And kudos for service and delivery, despite the wintry temperatures. The animals were wrapped up snuggly. I also have to say, no comparison with what some retailers offer. The quality of the animals here is simply first class. thanks
Very reliable and prudent dealer. The fish arrived here on time and lively. You couldn't even tell that they'd spent 24 hours in a plastic bag. Top breeding products, not to be compared with pet shops. Absolute recommendation!
