I know Steinis Petshop from trade fairs and I am an online customer, I don't know the store. The product selection is great and I received very competent advice when buying a retriever toy. It was just right and my dog absolutely loved it. Once there was a small quality problem with one of the goods I had ordered and I received a replacement without any problems. Top customer service!
Large selection
Plenty of selection of accessories, food, treats and toys for dogs. Prices are in the normal range. Very customer-friendly opening times and parking spaces directly at the shop.
