Well I can't get used to Penny like that. Even if this branch has already been implemented with a new optical concept, for me it remains with Penny at a rummaging table discounter. Goods were stacked upside down and the "must-go" items thrown together in lattice boxes. But especially at this location you will find friendly, motivated employees. That’s what makes Penny.
