Overall, we were very satisfied. Mr. Büttner has taken a lot of time for us and fulfilled all our wishes (also short term) to our complete satisfaction. Even the homeologist Mr. Kraus has absolutely convinced us. Despite the sad event we were allowed a very nice and dignified farewell from our relatives and to a (as we find) fair price.
