I am very disappointed with the Festerling-Müller medical supply store.
My mother lives in a senior citizens' community and Festerlin-Müller delivered a new care bed with a mattress. The old care bed was dismantled and taken away.
The old mattress was not taken away but left in my mother's room.
Reason: This is not Festerling's original mattress. (The original mattress has been replaced in the meantime). It would not have been extra work to dispose of this mattress instead of the original mattress, but simply ... accommodating and friendly, instead of leaving it to the old lady in the room of the senior citizens' community.
When asked by phone one remained stubborn ... did not help us.
So now I can drive 30 km to the old people's home, get a van and dispose of the mattress.
Goodwill..? Service..? Nothing !!!

So far we only had good experiences with the company Festerling-Müller. In particular, the field service is reliable and friendly. Also, problems are handled gracefully, quickly and reliably resolved. Unfortunately, the entrance is not wheelchair accessible - to enter with a wheelchair to the store, a close side entrance must be selected.
Friendly, but the counselor could not tell me if a heel spur insert for the left foot is a compensatory insert for the right foot, so she says that I need the insole for both feet. And they cost more.
