I wanted to deliver a consignment of books and goods and had bought the required stamp online. In the shop, I drew the specialist's attention to what I was going to do. With total incompetence, she almost destroyed the shipment after realizing that her work was faulty. With defiant posture she gave me the package back, which ultimately prevented me from sending it off. I would like to give zero stars here. Absolutely rude and dubious. 👎
