My husband and I moved in here a month ago and it's the worst company we've ever been to. The neighbor above us had water damage, and because they didn't take care of it, we are now also damaged. Are teroriert with calls and nobody cares. When we called the claims department, the man yelled at me on the phone and said why I would ask him. So rude and unprofessional people in one place. The craftsmen took out the toilet and shower for us for two days. That is not their problem. My husband and I are looking for a new apartment as soon as possible.

The worst company I have ever experienced. One does not leave a 95 year old lady with a broken role and open roller blind box over more than 6 months alone. The headquarters in Bochum does not respond to calls and the location in Kassel is not even accessible. In my opinion, just rip off and zero customer. Even the Schildbürger were smarter and polite. I highly recommend anyone, stay away from this company. This is the worst thing that can happen to a customer. RTL, Pro Sieben and other stations should comment here more often.
