Unfortunately only 1 star, you could not repair the lightning damage from June 3rd, 2020 within 15 weeks! It was just a broken scooter motor. Yesterday my patience ran out ... And I got a lot out of it. I hired a new company and they managed to replace the motor. And that within 23 hours. This morning at 9 a.m. there was light again in the living room that had been dark since 3.6.2020. I wonder what world they live in. I feel sorry for the capable fitters who are there too. So unfortunately no good advertisement for the Pech company.

My experience was actually very good. Now I had storm damage and asked for repairs. After three weeks on-site fitter, damage assessment. On request after three weeks! became an appointment for me Repair notified, another 7 weeks. The fitters came late and were shocked to find that the ladder was too short. The previous fitter explicitly had "long" ladder for assembly written down. The mechanics drove unworked things and I got a new appointment proposal ....... in 4 weeks! ?? Got three weeks left get pressed (thanks to the processor) I then wrote to the owner and explained the case. Not even then did I get any feedback. If a company deals with its inability and that The executive floor is still capping or shows no interest, then it can only say: Hands off. It's a shame for the people who work well.

I am very upset! I chose a specialist company to get ideal advice and to have windows recommended for our property and its surroundings. Instead, we were offered the next possible windows. Although we live on a busy main street, we have not been informed about the different noise protection classes. Only after our question, on the soundproofing, did the floor come up and it was said that the recommended windows were enough. Unfortunately, the opposite turned out. Every noise level echoes into the room. When we visited the Bech company in this regard and conveyed our request / complaint, no concrete help came. Only after repeated inquiries did it become apparent that there was little scope for optimization, but that was not enough to meet the needs. My experience coincides with many users. Neither the management has made contact nor communication. Too bad. Now I have spent € 15,000 on windows and I hear every car drive past. It's not ok. It is unprofessional.
